The Business Queen Room offered a clean and comfortable space, complemented by warm, friendly staff. Zack’s restaurant delivered a memorable dining experience, highlighted by the excellent home-baked Alentejo bread. the pillows were too high for comfort, and the lack of adequate staff in the restaurant led to slow service with basic requests. The overall ambiance was marred by noise from the street and poor soundproofing, which detracted from the experience.

I found myself wishing for more furniture—a simple table and chairs would have enhanced the room's functionality for relaxing or playing games. I noticed the bathroom floor was quite slippery, and the lack of a handrail near the spa added an element of risk when getting in and out.

The staff were lovely, attentive during my stay, and I really appreciated the spacious and modern room with a balcony offering lovely views. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
